No more resolutions aimed at self-improvement to fix some perceived deficiency or lack.
I’m starting from a position of accepting myself as-is.
I’ll be looking for resolutions and new habits that increase joy, peace of mind, and self-awareness.
The first step (accepting myself as-is) sounds trivial, (sure I can do that). But it’s a concept that I expect to be challenging and require a lot of introspection.
